Open Access and self-archiving Policy

Journal Business Excellence is committed to immediate open access for academic work. All of the journal articles are free to access immediately from the date of publication. There are no author charges prior or post to publication, and no charge for readers to download articles. In order to assure aforementioned, journal Business Excellence depends on the financial underwriting provided by the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb, University of Zagreb and Ministry of Science, Education and Sport of the Republic of Croatia and the goodwill of its editorial team and the continuing support of its network of peer reviewers.

The full text of papers published in journal may be used free of charge for any purposes, subject to the copyright of the authors. The rights to use the articles are defined by the Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 license. Users may freely read, download, copy, distribute, print, process or use them in other legitimate ways, with proper reference to the source and non-commercial use of the articles.

Subscription information and special permissions are obtained in direct communication with the Editorial Board.

The journal advocates blue self-archiving policy defined and categorized by SHERPA / RoMEO Publisher copyright policies & self-archiving according to which authors can archive post-print (ie final draft post-refereeing) or publisher's version/PDF .

Authors are allowed to self-archive post-print or publisher's version of paper on researcher personal web-site, social media platforms, academic networks and institutional or thematic repositories with reference to the Journal and DOI number.

The journal allows the authors to hold the copyright and to retain publishing rights without restrictions.
