Poslovna izvrsnost – Business Excellence is an international, double-anonymized, peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes theoretical and empirical research on business performance, quality, and organizational excellence across sectors and regional contexts, with particular emphasis on the application, adaptation, and evolution of globally recognized frameworks within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
The journal focuses on how established frameworks such as EFQM, ISO-based quality systems, ESG standards, and lean methodologies are applied and embedded through leadership, organizational learning, and digital transformation. It welcomes both conceptual and empirical studies, with an emphasis on work that demonstrates how such frameworks enhance performance, support quality improvement, and foster sustained excellence across diverse sectors.
We welcome submissions addressing both private and public organizations in sectors such as manufacturing, services, public administration, healthcare, education, energy, finance, and digital platforms.
