Poslovna izvrsnost – Business Excellence is a Diamond Open Access journal, meaning that neither authors nor readers are charged any fees (NO FEES) for submission, processing, or access. All content is freely and immediately available upon publication.
This publishing model supports the principles of equitable access to knowledge, in line with standards endorsed by Science Europe, Plan S and cOAlition S.
The Journal does not accept advertising of any kind and does not engage in direct marketing practices or unsolicited calls for papers. It carries no commercial or advertorial content.
The Journal is fully funded and institutionally supported by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics & Business, which provides the financial, infrastructural and administrative resources required for its operation. This ensures the long-term sustainability and editorial independence of the Journal.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license permits non-commercial use, sharing, and reproduction in any medium, with proper attribution to the original authors and source.

Repository Policy (Self-Archiving)
Poslovna izvrsnost – Business Excellence permits authors to deposit all versions of their manuscripts (submitted, accepted, and published) in institutional, subject, or personal repositories of their choice, without embargo. Authors are encouraged to use the published version (Version of Record) with full bibliographic details and DOI link to the Journal website.
The Journal’s self-archiving policy is registered with the Jisc Open Policy Finder (Journal ID: 40218), where it is listed as supporting the Green level of self-archiving, in accordance with international open access best practices.
