Open Access & Copyright Policy

Open Access

Poslovna izvrsnost – Business Excellence is a Diamond Open Access journal: no fees (no APCs, submission or page charges) are required from authors or readers. All content is freely and immediately available upon publication.

This publishing model supports the principles of equitable access to knowledge, in line with Diamond Open Access standards promoted by Science Europe and cOAlition S / Plan S.

Authors are responsible for complying with any funder-specific open access requirements, including licensing and data-sharing obligations. The journal supports repository-based compliance (Green OA) by allowing immediate deposit of the Version of Record in repositories, together with the article DOI and licensing information.

Advertising

The journal does not accept advertising of any kind and does not engage in direct marketing practices or unsolicited calls for papers. It carries no commercial or advertorial content. The journal has received no sponsorship.

Funding

The journal is fully funded and institutionally supported by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics & Business, a public (state-funded) higher education institution in Croatia, which provides the financial, infrastructural and administrative resources required for its operation. This ensures the long-term sustainability and editorial independence of the journal.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which permits non-commercial use, sharing, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original authors and source are properly credited.
Authors retain full copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.

Repository Policy (Self-Archiving)

Poslovna izvrsnost – Business Excellence permits authors to deposit all versions of their manuscripts (submitted, accepted, and published) in institutional, subject, or personal repositories of their choice, without embargo. Authors are encouraged to use the published version (Version of Record) with full bibliographic details and DOI link to the Journal website.
The journal’s self-archiving policy is registered with the Jisc Open Policy Finder (Journal ID: 40218), where it is listed as supporting the Green level of self-archiving, in accordance with international open access best practices.
